Jessica Dickerson

Jessica is of counsel at Waldrep LLP. Jessica obtained a B.S. in Finance, Insurance, & Real Estate; Economics Minor and a B.S. in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007 and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2010.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was an associate in the corporate and securities practice group and a member of the Public Company Advisors Team at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in Winston-Salem, NC. She also previously served as an associate in the corporate/M&A practice group at K&L Gates, LLP in Washington, DC and as a Special Counsel in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, also in Washington, DC. Jessica’s experience includes advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, securities regulation and compliance matters, and other general corporate and securities matters.
