Jim Lanik

Jim is a partner at Waldrep LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate and then member at Roberson, Haworth & Reese, PLLC focusing on business bankruptcy and municipal law. He has represented trustees, creditors, and debtors in all aspects of business bankruptcy cases. Jim is currently on the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Middle District of North Carolina. Jim acts as a receiver in state court matters in addition to his Chapter 7 trustee practice.

Jim is also the Town Attorney for Midway, North Carolina, a small town in northern Davidson County which was incorporated in 2006.

Jim is active as a volunteer with the Wyndham Championship, the Piedmont Triad's PGA Tour event. He is also a supporter of Autism Unbound and the ARC of High Point.
